At GH Boutique Salon, every appointment is designed to deliver a luxury experience that prioritizes your time, your hair, and your satisfaction. Please review our salon policies before booking to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit for everyone.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final balance on the day of your service. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

For custom wig orders or color services, deposits may vary depending on the service type and will be outlined during booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Consistent communication ensures we can keep your spot open for other clients and maintain fairness across our schedule.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit. This policy helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures that every client receives the full, uninterrupted service time they deserve.

Service Adjustments

If there’s ever a concern with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address it promptly and professionally. Adjustments are handled at the discretion of the stylist and based on the original style or service performed.

Hair Purchases & Returns

For health and hygiene reasons all opened and installed hair products are not eligible for return. We recommend verifying lengths, textures, and closure/frontals before installation to ensure satisfaction.

If a product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order, and our team will assist with an exchange if eligible.

Klarna Purchases

Items purchased using Klarna are eligible for a full refund only. No exchanges, store credit, or restock fees will be applied to Klarna transactions.

To qualify for a refund on a Klarna purchase, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, any item that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return under this policy.

Refunds for Klarna purchases are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed using Klarna as the payment method. For all other payment methods, please refer to our standard return policy above.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are being serviced.

Payment Methods

GH Boutique Salon accepts major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
Balances are due in full at the completion of your appointment.
