These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ghboutiquesalon.com and any purchase made through our website or in-salon services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About Us
GH Boutique LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered limited liability company operating under the trade name GH Boutique Salon. We offer premium raw and virgin hair extensions for online purchase, including bundles, wigs, closures, and frontals. We also provide professional in-salon installation and styling services in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. GH Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
3. Products
We sell raw and virgin hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals. All products are described as accurately as possible, including hair origin, texture, and available lengths. Product images are representative and may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We offer buy now, pay later options through third-party payment providers. By selecting a buy now, pay later option at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of that payment provider in addition to these Terms. GH Boutique LLC is not responsible for any fees, interest, or penalties associated with third-party payment arrangements.
Gift Cards: GH Boutique LLC does not currently offer gift cards. When gift cards become available, they will not be eligible for purchase using buy now, pay later payment methods.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Custom or made-to-order items may require up to 7 additional processing days but will ship within 7 days of completion. Total delivery will not exceed 14 days from the order date for in-stock items.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. GH Boutique LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and uninstalled.
To initiate a return, email ghboutiquesalon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team upon approval, at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will not be issued as store credit.
Items that have been opened, installed, colored, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost to you.
8. In-Salon Services
Appointment bookings require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your final balance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Service adjustments must be requested within 72 hours of your appointment. Adjustments are handled at the discretion of the stylist and based on the original service performed.
In-salon services are not eligible for buy now, pay later payment methods. Buy now, pay later is available for online product purchases only.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ghboutiquesalon.com, including images, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of GH Boutique LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
GH Boutique LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times and are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ghboutiquesalon.com, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
13. Changes to These Terms
GH Boutique LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
